About Alison Smitley

Alison Smitley is a Junior Broker at Vesta Preferred Realty who represents both buyers and sellers. Her clients always know where each deadline stands and what comes next.

Alison is from Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She began her real estate career in 2025, guiding clients through a competitive Ohio market and negotiating on their behalf from the first conversation to closing. She brings that same steady, organized approach to every client she works with at Vesta.

Clients hire Alison for clear communication and follow-through. When she doesn't have an answer, she finds it and circles back quickly. She explains every step, keeps the timeline organized and negotiates firmly on her clients' behalf, so buying or selling a home feels manageable from start to finish.
