2024 NAR SETTLEMENT
Following the 2024 NAR Settlement, a signed Buyer’s Agency Agreement is now required nationwide before a Realtor can tour a home with you. We know that can feel like extra paperwork on top of an already overwhelming process, so here’s the simplified version:
