About Carter Ratcliff

Born and raised in Chicago, Carter spent part of his childhood in the suburbs before returning to the city he is proud to call home. His interest in real estate began early when his father became a residential real estate investor, giving him firsthand exposure to the industry. He takes pride in assisting clients by being attentive, detail-oriented, and determined to ensure each transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, you can find him on the golf course, at the gym, or watching movies.
