About Carter Ratcliff

Born and raised in Chicago, I briefly spent part of my childhood in the suburbs before returning to the city I proudly call home. My interest in real estate began early when my father became a residential real estate investor, giving me firsthand exposure to the industry. I take pride in assisting clients by being attentive, detail-oriented, and determined to ensure each transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I was drawn to Vesta Preferred Realty for the opportunity to begin my career at one of Chicago’s top brokerages while being surrounded by an exceptional team of professionals. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending my free time on the golf course, in the gym, or watching movies.
