About Darcie Tashey

Real estate is new to me, but marketing isn't. For the last 20 years, I've led marketing and design for some of Chicago's leading high-end finishing manufacturers — building brand, telling product stories, and collaborating with the architects, interior designers, and developers who shape the spaces people live and work in. As Director of Marketing, I bring that same lens to every listing on our team. I love digging in and figuring out how things work, and I get excited to treat every property as its own project — its own story, its own strategy, never copy-and-paste. I'm a storyteller who thrives behind the scenes, helping run the machine.

Chicago has been home since I moved here at 18, and I never looked back. When I'm not marketing a listing or helping an agent build their brand, I'm keeping my hands busy with the kind of work I love — gardening (the whole reason I wanted a single-family home), mending and altering clothes, quilting, or rearranging the furniture again. Everything else, I happily leave to the pros. Ask me how many junk drawers it takes to keep a house looking show-ready. I also co-founded Women Unite! Chicago, a nonprofit that's raised nearly $10 million in grants for community empowerment.
