About Jonathan Chvala

Born and raised on the East Coast, Jonathan has always had an interest in architecture and the unique intricacies that homes bring to the family dynamic. After undergrad, Jonathan founded his own real estate team in DC in 2022 bringing in 70 million in sales volume. Jonathan and his wife, Caroline became full time Chicagoans in 2023 continuing his real estate venture. While Jonathan is a passionate broker and sometimes a bit of a "workaholic", he also enjoys golfing, spending time with his community, and cuddling with his dog, Cleo.
