About Lucy Teruel

Born and raised in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood, Lucy's love for her city, its people, and world-class architecture only continues to grow. It’s this devotion to her community that made Lucy and real estate the perfect match.

 

Upon graduating from UIC with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Political Science, Lucy began her professional career as Operations Director for a real estate team on Chicago’s northside. After mastering the administrative side of operations, Lucy obtained her broker’s license and began working with buyers and sellers alike. With five years of real estate experience, Lucy’s skills in client relations, negotiation, admin, and marketing have culminated to create the ideal foundation for her success in real estate. 

 

Lucy enjoys strategy phone calls with seller clients, showing off the city and its diverse housing options with her buyer clients, and providing valuable information at home inspections and in contractor meetings. When she is not working, Lucy loves writing music, watching basketball, and going to the gym. Her favorite hobby is cheffing it up at home, and at the moment, Korean food has her heart.
