Flavia was terrific to work with & I am happy I chose her and her agency to guide me through the home buying process. She has a great feel for the current status of the real estate market & pairs that with a complete knowledge of the Chicagoland area and how to approach each neighborhood being considered. Perhaps most importantly, she is decisive, honest, transparent, & incredibly responsive which helps alleviate some of the stress and anxiety that comes with buying a home. Flavia is a top tier agent, she has all the tools needed to get the deal done. Being a first time home buyer is intimidating, especially in a place like Chicago, but she guided me step by step through the process keeping me informed on all the important details. She helped me define what I was looking for and where to look, and she was always available to answer my questions. She not only responded quickly, she was easy to reach in or outside of normal working hours. Through a hunt that spanned 8 months, at least 8 neighborhoods, 2 contracts, and eventually 1 closing, Flavia was a total lifesaver. I could not recommend her enough.

Recently purchased a condo with Flavia and had a great experience working with her and her team. She was very responsive and always willing to schedule showings as soon as possible. She gave helpful insight into the value of each home we toured and was available for every step of the process. Would definitely recommend her to others looking for an agent!
